How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your Extreme Pain Gear order is received it begins processing immediately. If your order is received and your credit card company has authorized the charge by 12:00 noon PST Monday through Friday then it will be shipped within 48 hours from when it is received and authorized. If it is received after, or we do not obtain the authorization from your credit card company until after 12:00 noon PST Monday through Friday it will be shipped within 48 hours from authorization.
Please allow up to 2-7 business days for standard Ground delivery from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
For Express, Ground or Air please allow 3 business days for delivery from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
For Air Shipments, Next Business Day, orders placed before 12:00 noon PST Monday through Friday and receiving credit card approval will arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST on Friday, or orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Extreme Pain Gear is unable to accept changes or cancellations because Extreme Pain Gear begins processing your order as soon as you hit the “submit order” button on our website. Extreme Pain Gear acts quickly to ensure that you will receive your product in the quickest possible time.
Please follow the instructions on the package to return the shipment. If you choose to exchange the merchandise you will not be charged an additional shipping fee for an exchange. However, the original shipping charge will not be credited.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Extreme Pain Gear makes every effort to only offer you sizes and colors that are in stock. If a size or color is no longer available it may not be offered and no back orders will be accepted. Occasionally, when items are very popular and additional inventory will be arriving shortly, we may accept back orders knowing that more inventory will arrive shortly. You will be notified of the back order status!
Tell me about returning or exchanging an Extreme Pain Gear Web order.
Extreme Pain Gear gladly accepts returns of unworn merchandise purchased on our website within 14 days of the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the original tags and tickets attached.
For returns made with a packing slip you will receive a refund for the purchase price in the original form of payment.
If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us at (866)919-5425 Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm PST and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining one.
Shipping and handling charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
You will not be charged additional shipping and handling fee for an exchange when we ship the item(s) back to you. We suggest that you send your return via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number. This will insure that you will receive confirmation when the package is delivered to us. You will also have a means of tracking your package should it become lost in the mail. Extreme Pain Gear is not responsible for any items lost in shipping.
Once your product is delivered to the warehouse, the credit for the returned items(s) will be credited to your credit or debit card. Your credit card or debit card will be authorized and charged as a new transaction when your order/exchange item(s) are processed and shipped.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles.

How can I track the status of an Extreme Pain Gear Co. order?
All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order.
Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
All APO/FPO PO Box orders are sent USPS and therefore do not have tracking numbers.

Does Extreme Pain Gear ship internationally?
At this time, Extreme Pain Gear is only able to ship orders within the United States and Canada.
If your billing information has a foreign address but you are shipping to an address within the U.S. we will be able to ship your order.
